Location: Westminster

Salary: £32,000 – £34,000

My client require a floor layer to join work on one of their social housing contracts, providing repairs/reactive maintenance. 

Duties of Floor Layer:

• Cap & Cove
• Laminate 
• Carpet
• Wooden 
• Vinyl Flooring 
• Flooring repairs 

Requirements for Floor Layer:

• MUST HAVE – Full UK driving license 
• MUST HAVE – City & Guilds / NVQ – Floor Laying
• Clean DBS 
• Asbestos Awareness 
• Social housing experience
