Salary – £34,000 – £37,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a Damp and Mould Operative for our client in social housing. This position involves identifying and addressing damp and mould issues to ensure healthy living conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections for damp and mould.
• Implement treatments and repairs.
• Educate residents on prevention.
• Document assessments and actions.

Requirements:

• Experience in damp and mould remediation.
• Knowledge of building materials and moisture control.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel.
• CSCS
• MUST HAVE – Level 2 in Painting & Decorating
