Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations across a 130-building site
• Manage and support a team of 4 engineers, ensuring efficient workflow
• Collaborate with and assist the Electrical Supervisor in planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Handle scheduling, inspections, and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related trade (electrical background preferred)
• Previous experience as a supervisor, managing teams effectively
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to step back from hands-on work and focus on supervision
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
