Multi Trader

Eastbourne

£175-200 per day

Working for a social housing provider, you would be working alongside Multi Traders and Kitchen & Bathroom fitters inside occupied properties. The contract spans Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Tunbridge Wells, & Medway, but you would have a local patch.

Day to Day duties of Multi Trader:

• Basic Repairs and Maintenance of Occupied Properties
• Kitchen & Bathroom fitting
• Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Experience as a Carpenter, Plumber, Plasterer, Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, or Multi Trader
• If you have worked as any of the above and have picked up some skills along your career that may suit
• Driving License
• You should be able to work with a fast pace to a high quality
