Job Title: Capital Works Programme Lead

Salary:  up to 44k + car allowance

Location: Northwest

Contract type: Permanent

This is an opportunity to join a reputable housing provider and their Capital Works team as a Capital Works Programme Lead. Youl will be an integral part of the team working on Kitchen and Bathroom, Windows and Doors, EWI, IWI and Retrofit Programmes

The role Capital Works Programme Lead  

• Operational Delivery of Major Works Programmes
• Ensure performance of line reports to delivery works
• Manage contractors and other external parties as well as tenants as a first point of contact
• Ensure H&S and regulatory & governance compliance including all reporting requirements

To be successful in the role of Capital Works Programme Lead

• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge within maintenance social housing
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
• Experience coming from a similar role working for a Housing contractor or Housing associations
• Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND would be desirable
