Labourer

£15.04 PAYE (Umbrella)

Build Recruitment are working with a large social housing contractor and are looking for a reliable labourer to join a social housing repairs team on a 6 month temp to perm basis in the KT postcode area.

You must hold a valid CSCS card and a UK driving licence- both are essential for this role.

Day to day:

• Use of a company vehicle to deliver and collect materials
• Assisting trades in residential properties on property repairs
• Waste collections
• Providing polite and friendly customer service to property residents
• Keeping area of works clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• UK driving licence
• Own PPE
• Willing to undertake a DBS check

Benefits

• 6 month temp to perm contract
• £15.04 Per hour Umbrella PAYE
• 42.5 hours each week
• Weekly pay
