Groundworker

£20 per hour plus van and fuel card

Lambeth and South London

Build Recruitment are working with a large social housing contractor to recruit a Groundworker to join the team on a temp to perm basis to complete day to day outdoor repairs in Lambeth and surrounding postcodes.

Day to Day:

• Basic groundworks and repairs
• Fencing
• Block paving
• General outdoor repairs
• Providing excellent customer service

Benefits:

• 6 month temp or temp to perm contract
• £20 per hour CIS with van and fuel card
• Regular work- 42.5 hours each week
• Weekly pay

Requirements:

• Qualified in main trade- Level 2 in Construction Skills or a Groundworks apprenticeship or NVQ
• UK Driving licence- less than 6 points
• Willing to undertake a DBS check
• Experience in social housing would be an advantage
