The Scheduler role is working 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. We operate a hybrid working model with a 3-day office based requirement at our office in Oldham.

The role of Scheduler

Reporting into the operational support manager the successful candidate will be providing an effective planning service for our operatives work schedules to ensure all operating needs and customer requirements are met. Fire Risk Assessment experience & previous experience of using Risk Hub is preferable but not essential

• Providing effective planning of regional operative’s diaries working closely with the
• Coordinating the efficient scheduling of maintenance repairs
• Maintaining the scheduling system and provide internal and external customers
• Liaising with customer service colleagues in relation to appointments and updating of all systems when operatives report issues.
• Working closely with the commercial team in relation to subcontractor’s purchase orders and variation orders to ensure continued value for money and commercial procedures are followed.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations when processing customer data.

In order to be successful for the Scheduler role:

• Experience of scheduling work.
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
• Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
