Carpenter Multi trade – Torbay

5 weeks work with potential of being extended. 

Rate £23ph CIS or PAYE Umbrella 

Job role:

Clearing and renovating void social housing properties ready for the next tenant. This role will require someone who has excellent carpentry skills as well as being able to chip in with other duties, including clearing rooms and a bit of demolition and cleaning. Decorators will come in to do tiling, painting etc. so mainly the work will be carpentry biased.

Multiskilled Requirements:

• Previous experience in void properties would be great
• Positive attitude
• Hardworking and proactive attitude to get jobs done
• Carpentry background
• Kitchens and bathrooms
• Happy travelling to various jobs in Torbay
• Full UK driving license
