Carpenter Multi Trade

Location: West London

Hourly Rate: £20ph CIS + van and fuel card

Build Recruitment are working with a social housing contractor to recruit a carpenter multi trade for a 6 temp to perm role in West London. This is a busy repairs contract so experience on a similar contract would be an advantage.

You will be assisting with:

• Carpentry repairs- such as hanging doors, fixing skirting, boxing in etc
• Small window and door repairs- UPVC, locks and latches etc
• Outdoor repairs such as fencing etc
• Assisting with other minor property repairs such as minor plumbing, patch plastering, painting etc

Requirements:

• Social Housing Experience  or domestic experience on repairs and maintenance contracts
• City & Guilds / NVQ – Primary Trade- Carpentry
• Full UK Drivers License 
• Willing to be DBS checked
