I’m looking to speak with Site Managers who have experience in cladding remediation / envelope projects, for a 60 week programme in Bootle, Liverpool to commence at the start of March.

This is a permanent contract, as my client are in the process of opening a Northern office due to workload and opportunity around the North West, with projects ranging from £100K – £20m across the new build and refurbishment sectors. You will be working alongside a resident PM, with the view to stepping up into a PM role within the first 6 months, as the resident PM returns back down South, therefore the ideal candidate must be operating in and around a PM level currently.
