Multi Skilled Joiner

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team for a 12 week contract working on social housing in Eccles, Manchester. The successful Multi Skilled Joiner with have experience working on tenanted properties on both reactive and planned maintenance.

The pay rate for this role is £20PH CIS and it comes with a van and fuel card.

Duties of the successful Multi Skilled Joiner will include:

– Liaising with clients and tenants ensuring appointments and repairs are completed to a high standard. Using their skillset to work effectively in a to carry out general reactive and planned maintenance in social housing.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in as many of the below duty areas:

– Kitchen and bathroom refurbs.

– Joinery

– Plastering – Full room plastering

– Tiling 

– Hold a relevant trades qualification (NVQ2 or equivalent)

– Hold a full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)

– Have experience in Social Housing Repairs

– Have, or are willing to have a DBS check

– Hold a valid CSCS card
