Painter and Decorator Required – Swindon – Void properties

Experienced Painter and Decorator required in Swindon to work on void social housing properties on an excellent new long term contract.

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £30-32,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday + bank holidays.

Painter and Decorator Day to Day:

• Maintenance work on void domestic properties
• Painting and decorating
• Stripping wallpaper
• Prepping walls
• Some external painting work possibly
• Working alongside other trades
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress
• Travelling to different sites in Swindon area in the work van

Painter and Decorator Requirements:

• Good painting experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
• NVQ in Painting (desired)
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
