Painter & Decorator – Disrepair Contract (South London)

Location: South Norwood, Peckham, Brixton

Rate: £21.40 per hour (CIS)

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Contract Type: Ongoing

Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Painters to join a long-term disrepair contract across South London, including South Norwood, Peckham, and Brixton. This is an excellent opportunity for painters looking for consistent work with a well-established and reputable contractor.

Role Overview:

Working as part of a responsive maintenance and disrepair team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across occupied and void social housing properties.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating

   

• Full UK Driving Licence

   

• Experience working on social housing or disrepair contracts is desirable

   

• Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of finish
