Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

A respected and growing M&E services provider, delivering technical building solutions across London and the South East, is looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to support its expanding portfolio of works. Working alongside the Senior Projects Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects – on time, on budget, and to spec.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, with solid decision-making skills, confident communication, and the ability to manage multiple project components and subcontractor relationships simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track project RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), ensuring compliance with project and site-specific requirements
  • Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to meet programme targets and quality standards
  • Carry out periodic audits to confirm scope, safety awareness, and RAMS understanding
  • Ensure teams are aligned with H&S procedures and company/site protocols
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Director, highlighting key project metrics:
    • Progress and milestones
    • Delays or outstanding works
    • Cost overruns
    • Subcontractor performance issues
  • Support preparation of project documentation: O&M manuals, commissioning plans, timing programmes, and installation records
  • Track drawing revisions and ensure timely approval and distribution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience coordinating technical, M&E or construction projects
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator – able to liaise clearly with contractors, partners, and internal teams
  • Sound understanding of construction H&S processes and documentation
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • A team player who’s comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Why Apply?

You’ll be joining a well-established business with a strong track record in delivering M&E and building services projects across commercial, public, and residential sectors. The role offers exposure to varied workstreams and long-term progression opportunities within a close-knit, professional team.
