Resident Liaison Officer – Birmingham / Wolverhampton

£19.05 Umbrella PAYE

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme across occupied properties. The ideal candidate will be confident, empathetic, and well-organized, with a strong background in tenant or customer liaison within a social housing or construction setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for residents during works
-
Arrange appointments and communicate schedules clearly
-
Manage resident expectations and resolve any issues or complaints
-
Carry out property visits and inspections
-
Liaise closely with site and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (essential)

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Strong time management and organisation
