Role: Project Manager

Hourly rate: £27 – £32phr

Location: Birmingham

Contract type: Temporary

Build recruitment are proudly working with a large social housing contractor to recruit for an experienced Project Manager working on a Fire door contract.

Day to day duties:

Develop and implement detailed programmes

Provide visible leadership and direction

Secure and manage the appropriate resources

Ensure there is a successful and smooth handover of the project

Skills and experience required:

Asbestos awareness

Gold CSCS/SMSTS/IOSH

Experience in social housing

Experience with Fire contracts

Experience in planned works and NetZero
