We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for an Electrician based in Ealing.

Day to Day for Electrician:

• Carrying out day-to-day electrical repairs and maintenance in domestic properties

• Fault finding and electrical testing in tenanted and void social housing properties

• Providing excellent customer service to tenants, meeting and greeting residents

• Using a PDA for job scheduling and completion reports

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a qualified Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Operative, or Electrician with experience in reactive and planned maintenance. You may have worked in housing maintenance, social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council housing, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) settings. Experience with EICRs, remedial works, rewires, and fault finding in tenanted or void properties is highly desirable.
