We’re working with a leading national property services contractor looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Oxford branch. With projects spanning social housing, healthcare, and commercial sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to help deliver high-quality works that protect both homes and the planet.

The Role:
As Decarbonisation Contracts Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for managing retrofit and decarbonisation projects from start to finish — overseeing budgets, quality, health & safety, and day-to-day site operations. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, you’ll build strong relationships and ensure smooth, successful project delivery.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple decarbonisation projects on time and within budget

• Oversee site health & safety compliance and quality standards

• Coordinate with Estimators and QS teams on variations and project costs

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships

• Report on project progress and manage client expectations

• Conduct regular site visits and resolve any issues that arise

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years’ contracts management experience (minimum 2 years in decarbonisation)

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Valid UK driving licence and CSCS card
