Project Planner – Substation Projects

Location: Multiple sites near Bristol and Bath

Contract: Freelance

Rate : DOE

We’re recruiting an experienced Project Planner for a leading contractor delivering substation works as part of major UK infrastructure upgrades in the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project programmes (Primavera P6 preferred)

Support planning for high-voltage substation works

Monitor progress, update schedules, and provide detailed reports

Liaise with engineering, commercial, and site delivery teams

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Planner on

substation or HV infrastructure

projects

Strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills

Knowledge of NEC contracts preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder management
