Supervisor – Refurb Projects

Build Recruitment are working with a large contractor to recruit an experienced supervisor for refurbishment projects in the commercial / facilities sector.

This role is offered on a temp to perm basis, but due to the nature of the role we are really interested in talking with candidates that are looking for a long term role with lots of progression opportunities.

Day to day:

• Managing commercial refurbishment projects up to the value of £2 million.
• Overseeing numerous projects across London.
• Trade and sub contractor management.
• Mobile role- van and fuel card included
• Completion of compliance paperwork
• Stakeholder management- we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
• Able to pass MOD/ Security vetting process
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Experience in a similar role
• UK driving licence
