Finisher/Snagger 

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced finisher/snagger for contract role in Sunderland. Experience in Social Housing is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled.

The Job and duties of Finisher/Snagger operative 

• • Undertaking repairs and touch ups
  • bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
  • Painting and decorating
  • Multi skilled operatives must be experienced 

   

Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative 

• • Proven experience in the new build sector
  • Be able to provide at least two working references
