Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, looking for a new Supervisor position?

Build Recruitment are working alongside a large maintenance service provider with an FM contract covering a large property in Middlesex, TW7.

Working hours: 08:00AM – 17:00PM , Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:

You will be reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, overseeing a medium-sized skilled and semi-skilled facilites maintenance team, including electrical, mechanical and fabric engineers.

The Electrical Engineers will also be responsible for carrying out the routine checking of supplies and services, small lighting and power as well as distribution and control systems as well as carrying out periodic checks to emergency lighting and general plant systems.

About you as the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Experience Supervising a maintenance team in the past, within a large commercial environment
• Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship, or technical certificates (NVQ/HND/HNC/BEng/Msc/BSc  etc…)
• Time served as a technical engineer within the building maintenance industry
