We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a housing association specialist who provides repairs and maintenance services, they are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to oversee all repair and maintenance surveying across Cornwall.

Day to Day:

This role is responsible for carrying out surveys on housing association properties, Surveying all repairs and maintenanceg within in the housing. You will need to have a good knowledge of repairs and maintenance.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

•      Experienced of general domestic surveying
•      Experience of identifying repairs and maintenance 
•      Experience of working in social housing would be beneficial
•      Good sound building knowledge
•      Relevant surveying qualification beneficial
•      May include surveys on larger projects or planned works
•      Excellent customer service and communication skills
•      Full driving licence
•      IT Literate
