Job Title: Repairs Surveyor

Location: West Yorkshire Region

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Build are partnered with a leading housing group committed to providing high-quality homes and excellent services to their communities. They are looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join their team to help supervise and head up their West Yorkshire Region. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Pre and Post inspections on day to day surveys, ranging from voids to planned and responsive
• Ensure all repairs comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry best practices to maintain compliance.

Experience

• Degree or relevant qualification in Building Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Repairs Surveyor, preferably within the social housing sector.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and repair processes with experience supervising surveyors
