Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager.
You must have good social housing experience, ideally refurbishment/ planned works. You will be working in the Plymouth area looking after 2-3 sites at a time so previous experience managing multiple sites is essential. We are looking for someone who has worked on some large refurbishment projects, including windows and door replacements, solar panel installation, doors, roofing and EWI works.
Day to Day:
- Overseeing project programmes
- Overseeing more than 1 site at a time
- Client liaison
- Making sure materials are on site
- Working with the site teams
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- First Aid
- HNC in Construction is preferable
- Level 6 or above NVQ
- Good social housing knowledge
