Mechanical and Electrical biased Site Manager Required in Plymouth.

This role will commence on a temporary basis in November and be for around a year duration. Good construction Knowledge and M&E Background is essential. 

Day to day

• Responsible for the overall day to day running of site
• Doing inductions and site walk arounds
• Ordering materials
• Overseeing health and safety
• Day to day paperwork

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work Qualifications
• Good man management skills
• Good site health and safety knowledge
• Good M&E knowledge
