Operations Director – London

Social Housing – D&B Refurbishment 

£90-100k+ car & package

Our client, a national construction contractor, are currently looking for an Operations Director to join their Social Housing Business to take ownership of a flagship D&B project worth over £45m

Job Profile;

You will be responsible for overseeing a flagship complex project with a key RSL client, the works are complex regneration works, internally and externally to multiple tenanted tower blocks.

You will be responsible for a large P&L over 4 years and team of Operations and Project Managers and site teams. You will be responsible for the project planning and programming of the works, health and safety on site, client liaison, ensuring KPI’s and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme.

Experience needed for this role includes;

• Minimum of 5 years operational management experience on housing projects
• Commercial knowledge & experience 
• A proven track record of delivering housing refurbishment projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
• An ability to programme work streams on your own accord (MS Projects, ASTA Etc)
• A clean driving licence
