Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: South Kensington, City of London

Salary: £38,000 – 40,000 + Over time available paid at a premium rate.

Hours: 40 Per Week (Mon to Fri 8am – 5pm)

My client, one of the leading companies in Facilities management are looking for a strong mechanical engineer with a can do attitude to join one of their famous exciting contracts where no two days are the same! This opportunity is great for a mechanical engineer who is looking to work for a successful company and work with a friendly team. The ideal mechanical engineer for this role will be proactive and have a wealth of knowledge within the mechanical industury and come back from a maintenance background. There will also be over time available in which will be paid at X1.5 Mon to Fri and on Saturdays, X2 paid for any work carried out on Sundays and Bank Holidays.Over time is optional, there is no call out available. 

Responsibilities:

• Working on mechanical equipment carrying out fault finding
• Mechanical PPM’s and reactives
• Working on AHU, FCU, motors, valves, etc
• Ensure any critical rooms are responded to quickly and efficiently
• Report any issues to the supervisor
• Ensure health and safety are carried out at all times
