Multi Skilled Joiner 

Location :   Liverpool, Preston, 

£16 – £17.85  hour – Umbrella PAYE

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association , who are looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner based in Liverpool to cover a large patch. 

Day to Day:

Joinery main trade : Skirting, hanging doors

Plastering: Patch plastering

Painting and decorating e.g. small paint jobs

Plumbing: Tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs

UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

NVQ Level 2 REQUIRED

Experience in residential/ social housing  properties

good social skills

good customer service

asbestos awareness certificate

DBS check

DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED

8 am – 4.30 Monday – Thursday
