Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trade 

Location:  Helston

Up to £20 per hour (CIS)  (temporary contract)

The Company:

Build recruitment are working on behalf of a property maintenance contractor to recruit a carpenter multi trade operative to provide their services on a temporary contract.

The works are being provided to the MOD accommodation in the area, so all works need to be completed to a high standard, and candidates must be able to complete the security vetting process.

Ideal candidates will be skilled in kitchen fitting, hanging doors and general carpentry maintenance, plus also be able to provide basic plumbing, tiling and painting and decorating.

This is offered on a temporary contract initially with the potential to extend for the right candidate.

Day to Day:

• Carpentry, plumbing and general repairs and refurbishments in  MOD properties
• Kitchen fitting
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing assistance with a range of  trades including carpentry, plumbing repairs, patch plastering, decorating, UPVC window and door repairs
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• Experience within a similar role
• Own transport and tools
• DBS check and MOD security vetting will be required
