The Company:

We are partnering with a reputable managing agent to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager for an exciting contract just outside London. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to grow and possess significant experience in an Assistant Facilities Manager capacity, as well as having previous experience within residential property. 

The purpose of the Assistant Facilities Manager will be to support and oversee a development of 791 apartments and six commercial units and ensure the facilities and maintenance programme is maintained whilst sustaining a very high level of customer service.

Day to Day 

• To coordinate and manage the PPM schedule ensuring close liaison is maintained with all contractors.
• To maintain accurate records in accordance with the PPM schedule and make available as required
• To ensure all incidents or accidents are recorded accordingly and appropriate actions are taken with the correct personnel informed.
• To fully understand the role and requirement of the M&E Contractor and facilitate and monitor as required.
• To ensure the Development Manager is kept fully informed of any works being carried out or of any incidents occurring within the development. 

Person Specification

• 2 years’ experience in the Property Management arena
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of plant
• IOSH Managing Safety
