Job Title: Interim Property Services Manager

Location: Manchester

Duration: 3 months

Salary: £23 p/hour

Build has partnered with a Housing Group that is seeking an Interim Property Services Manager to join them on a 3-month basis.

They have grown from strength to strength since the turn of 2023 and now maintain and manage over 19,000 properties across the Manchester region with this position designated to the Oldham area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tradesmen and coordinating their work according to on-site repair requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of tradesmen to deliver high-quality property services to their clients.
• Coordinate and schedule workers to perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to properties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, and in accordance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a team of tradesmen, preferably in a housing association/social housing background.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance our services.
