Position: Assistant Estimator

Sector: Construction- Refurbishment and traditional D&B

Salary: £35,000- £40,000 + Package

Location: North London

My client, an industry leading building contractor that specialise in the housing and education sector provide an inception to completion service and then cyclical maintenance are on the look for an Assistant Estimator to join the business due to continuous growth to be part of the Estimating Team at Head Office. This will suit someone with a couple of years experience that is looking to grow and progress in a busy industry.

Potential Responsibilities and duties

• Working closely with one of the Senior Estimators
• Putting together tender enquiries
• Doing take offs
• Ensuring tender returns are received from supply chain
• Helping with the analysis to make sure there are no scope gaps / address any caveats from supply chain.
