Build Recruitment are searching for Voids Supervisors in Larkhill 

What will you deliver?

• To supervise and manage on a day to day basis the operation of the voids re-servicing / refurbishment service.

   

• Responsible for the activities of a team of operatives and ensuring the safe delivery by sub-contractors.

   

• Ensure that the work undertaken by sub-contractors where applicable is satisfactorily completed within the cost and priority constraints of the contract. To control the costs of such items as work hours, equipment, vehicles, stock and tools, thus minimising wastage and avoidable expenditure.

   

• assist in delivering void properties, ready for Move In

   

• be responsible for travelling through their area checking on the works progress, attending daily void meetings, collating compliance certificates for each property

   

• Snagging, picking up repair issues and reporting through to the voids delivery team

   

• client side role
