Build Recruitment are searching for Voids Supervisors in London 

you must have previous experience as a Voids Supervisor, Supervisor, Voids Manager and have worked in Social Housing, Councils, Local Authorities or Housing Associations. 

Candidates will have excellent supervisory skills, with previous experience of leading a Voids team, ideally within a social housing environment coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. With a good Health, Safety, Voids and Environmental knowledge, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

– Responsible for checking that, operatives booking sheets and timesheets are completed correctly, accurately and timely and that incomplete work is rescheduled with scheduling team in void properties

– Ensure that large multi-trade Void jobs, booked in by the scheduling team are checked to clarify what trades and timeframes are required, and if a pre-inspection is necessary in Void properties 

– Responsible for making sure that Void operatives and sub-contractors are aware of and adhere to Company rules
