Job Title: Plumber Multi Trade

Location:  To cover Devon

Up to £20 per hour (CIS) and company vehicle provided.

The Company:

Build recruitment are working on behalf of a property maintenance contractor to recruit a Plumber Multi Trade to work across a number of differing social housing and MOD contracts across Devon (mainly between Plymouth and Exeter).

Ideal candidates will be skilled in general plumbing and bathroom fitting, along with being able to assist with other trades such as basic carpentry, tiling and general building.

This is offered on a temporary contract initially, with a permanent position on offer for the right candidate (permanent salary circa £32K per annum).

Day to Day:

• Plumbing and general repairs and refurbishments in void and occupied social housing and MOD properties
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing assistance with a range of  trades including carpentry, plumbing repairs, patch plastering, decorating, UPVC window and door repairs
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• Level 2 qualified in plumbing
• Experience within a similar role
• Clean drivers licence
• DBS check and MOD security vetting will be required
