Hourly Rate : £14 per hour paid weekly 

Temporary to Permanent position

Van, Fuel and Parking Card Provided after trial week.

• Mould wash 
• Damp repairs 
• General Maintenance 
• General Repairs
• Patch plastering
• Render

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Handyman:

• Experience in residential properties
• Good social skills
• Good customer service
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• DBS check
• Drivers Licenses
• CSCS
• Qualification
